  1. Set of rules - ONEMODS Community Teamspeak³ §1.1 Naming The nickname should correspond to the ingame nickname. If necessary, the nickname can be supplemented with another nickname. Nicknames may not contain any offensive or other forbidden or protected names or parts of names. §1.2 Avatar Avatars must not contain any pornographic, racist, offensive or other content that violates German law. §2.1 tone of voice Dealing with other Teamspeak users should always be friendly. Verbal attacks against other users are strictly prohibited. §2.2 Server chat The server chat should only be used in exceptional cases. §2.3 Channel-hopping Channel-hopping (the constant jumping from one channel to the other) is prohibited. §2.4 Record Conversations The recording of conversations is only allowed on the entire server after consultation with the users present on the corresponding channel. If a user does not consent to the recording, recording the conversation is prohibited. §2.5 Absence In the event of a longer absence, the user is asked to go to the appropriate AFK channel / s. If you are absent for a short period, a short logout in the channel is sufficient. §3.1 Kick / ban A kick or ban is never unfounded, but should encourage people to think about their own behavior. Inappropriate kicks / bans must be reported to the responsible admins and will be treated with a permanent community exclusion. §3.2 TS3 rights Teamspeak rights are not assigned randomly, but always serve a specific reason. If you need rights, you can contact the responsible admin. §3.3 Right to give instructions Server admins, moderators or otherwise authorized admins have full right to give instructions. Refusing a specific instruction can result in a kick or ban. §4.1 Advertising Any kind of advertising is prohibited on this server. Advertising through audio tracks or avatars is strictly prohibited. If necessary, you can contact a responsible admin to negotiate a possibility for advertising. §4.2 Hacker Attacks Every attack against this server is punishable and may be prosecuted. §4.3 Data protection Private data such as telephone numbers, addresses, passwords and the like may not be publicly exchanged. A server admin will never ask for sensitive data such as user passwords. §5.1 Own music / tones The playing of your own music or the transmission of other undesired tones is prohibited. §5.2 Bots (especially music bots) No bots may be connected to the TS3 server. Bots may only be connected in designated channels and only if no other bot is active in the channel. §5.3 Upload of files It is not permitted to upload pornographic, racist or legally protected material and / or to exchange it with other users. §6.1 Channel rules Server rules can be canceled or extended by channel rules. It is essential to observe the channel rules. §6.2 Obligation to notify All users are required to observe the TS3 server rules. If a rule violation is detected by a user, this must be reported to an admin immediately. §7 Channel creation Unauthorized “default” user groups ("Pleb", players, VIP, regular players) are not allowed to create “temporary” channels. If permanent channels are required, the corresponding form can be filled out. Special regulation §8: Conspiracy theories, COVID-19 denials, downplaying or belittling COVID-19 and provocative statements are prohibited and can be punished with a ban depending on the statement and the severity of the statement.
